WELCOME TO THE 2025 HILL COUNTY DESIGNER PURSE BINGO!

HELPFUL INFORMATION:

• VIP Guest Entry: Begins at 4:30 in the middle entrance-your table sponsor will let you know if you have VIP Entry
• General Admission Entry: Begins at 5pm General Admission begins at 5pm at the east entrance. All participants are assigned to a table, there is no need to rush to reserve seats.
• Preregistered Guests with General Admission: Begins at 5pm. If you preregister, the middle entrance will be open with your bidder card ready to go!
• Welcome Bag: Will be at your seat at your assigned table and will include a bingo book, a door prize ticket, a bingo dauber, and a bottle of water.
• Food: Tony’s Backyard BBQ will be set up in a buffet style with loaded baked potatoes. A salad will also be available.
• Snacks and Dessert: Will be at your table waiting for you
• Outside Drinks/Food: No outside drinks, food or coolers are allowed in the event center during this event
• BINGO: We have 15 rounds of bingo that we will play. Each table will have a guide to our bingo rounds with pictures of the purses and extra gifts, extra individual bingo cards and bingo books are available for sale

WAYS TO PLAY AND WIN: LOOK FOR BALLOON TOWERS!

• Online silent auction: Bid on an array of items and experiences from your phone! Pre register with a credit card and note online bidder to get a bidder number and bid away! Silent Auction closes after Round 13. Tifani at registration can give you a bidder number if you do not already have one!
• Yves Saint Laurent (YSL) raffle tickets $10/each or 3/$25: Bucket Bag and card holder valued at $3,350
• Passport Bags $25: extra set of bingo cards for all games, 12 raffle tickets, one door prize ticket, and a number on the tag (don’t lose it!) this is a special raffle for passport bags only - Giveaways start Round 7 - sold first-come/first-serve!
• Raffle tickets $2/ea or 3/$5: Fill in Name/Cell Phone and then place your raffle tickets in the bag/s of the items you want to win next to each raffle prize. We will TEXT winners after the first break.
• Wine Pull $40/cork: Each cork has a number on it that corresponds to a bottle of wine. Everyone is guaranteed a bottle of wine, and your $40 also enters you to win prizes that include more purses and other great prizes given away at Round 13
• Golden Ticket Giveaway $10/each destination, $25 for 3 destinations, or $40 for all 5 destinations: Choose a lanyard to 1 or more of 5 great destinations! This a game of elimination beginning at Round 11, destinations will be eliminated until we have only one destination left. One person in that group will receive a Michael Kors Weekender Bag and Rolling Suitcase worth $1,575. There is also a surprise in this game for all players, but you have to visit the game table to find out!
• Bar: We have sodas, beer, seltzers, wine, frozen margaritas; "suggested donation" prices -- $2/sodas, $5/beer, wine, and canned hard seltzers, $5 Blackberry Smash Bourbon Drink (water is free at the hydration stations)
• Extra Bingo Cards: $1/ea (you can purchase either ahead of time at the ticket table inside or from card runners on the floor between each game extra bingo cards for any/all of the game)
• Bingo Book: $15 each will give you an extra bingo card for every single game!
